Role Overview.

The Corporate Sales role is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing corporate accounts to strengthen IndiGos market share in both domestic and international segments.

The position requires strong contracting skills, business development acumen, and a keen understanding of market dynamics to deliver sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, target, and onboard new corporate clients through strategic contracting and partnerships.

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate customers to maximize business retention and growth.

- Drive corporate sales initiatives to increase IndiGos share in the corporate travel segment across domestic and international routes.

- Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve revenue and load factor targets.

- Conduct regular market intelligence to track competition, customer preferences, and industry trends.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations) to align corporate sales strategies with organizational objectives.

- Monitor performance of corporate accounts, analyze results, and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.

- Represent IndiGo at corporate events, trade fairs, and networking platforms to enhance visibility and strengthen relationships.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong negotiation and contracting skills.

- Proven track record in corporate/enterprise sales, preferably in aviation, travel, or related industries.

- Ability to build long-term relationships and deliver value-added solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Market intelligence and analytical skills to drive business decisions.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a competitive market.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

- 3 to 7 years of experience in sales; aviation/travel industry experience preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
