Manager / Sr. Manager - HRSS - IndiGo Airlines Level - Manager / Sr. Manager Education - MBA / Diploma in HR & SAP certification will be preferred Work Mode - Work from Office (5 days a week) We are looking for a candidate who has 10 years of experience in HR / HR Shared Services. Has worked /knowledge of : - Hands on work experience on Success Factor. Preferably done implementation of success factor or any good HRMS. - Certified SIX SIGMA or similar certificate - Excellent data analytics and presentation skills - Has worked on drafting policies and SOPs & Worked on process revamping - Worked on Operational process improvement project including technology - Implement Operational excellence framework and deliver tangible improvements. - Drive Structured Process improvement implementation and closure - Front end HR audits in coordination with HR leaders / TA/ HRP - Coordinate and liaise with HR Partners, TA and Payroll teams for continuous monitoring of Employee operations costs and reporting - Review and monitor Vendor Performance as per contractual SLAs manage Operational governance - Deliver and ensure Audit and process compliance requirements - Good communication skills - Minimum 6-8 years' experience in HR Shared Services
