IndiGo Airlines - Manager - HR Operations Excellence

Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior HR Operations manager with strong exposure to AI driven HR transformation, preferably Microsoft Copilot and intelligent automation. This role will manage HR Shared Services operations while building AI powered solutions to automate HR workflows and elevate employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR operations/shared services excellence including onboarding, employee lifecycle, benefits, payroll interface, and compliance.

Design and deploy AI powered HR agents using Microsoft Copilot for:

- Onboarding & pre boarding

- Leave & attendance queries

- HR policy & FAQ resolution

- Employee lifecycle workflows

- Integrate AI solutions with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors

- Drive digital transformation across HR Shared Services-reducing manual work and improving self service adoption.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and data privacy regulations.

- Partner with IT, Digital, and HR Tech teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.

- Champion change management and digital adoption across HR and Payroll teams.

- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

Key Skills & Experience:

- 10-12 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services / HR Transformation.

- Hands on experience with AI / Microsoft Copilot tools, or workflow automation.

- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and governance.

- Experience working with HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors HCM).

- Ability to translate HR problems into AI enabled solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.

- High digital mindset with a passion for automation and innovation in HR.
