Manager - Employee Engagement Assistant Manager - Employee Engagement - The scope includes but is not limited to developing/executing employee engagement activities through various digital platforms and tools, ensuring effective communication and participation amongst employees. - This role will focus on managing the 6E Breez mobile app, 6E Recognise (Rewards & Recognition), 6E Speaks (pulse surveys), 6E Voice (ideas and concerns platform), and alumni management. - We are looking for someone who is creative, passionate about people and curious about workplace culture, diversity and employee experience. - Thrives in a fast-moving, high energy and highly collaborative environment. Requirements : - At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing effective employee engagement initiatives (total work exp 5 to 7 years). - Experience in managing digital platforms and tools, preferably in HR or employee engagement. - Familiarity with mobile app, tools management and project management systems. - Creative thinking ability. - Excellent verbal and written communication skill. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities : Digital Platform Management : - Oversee the 6E Breez app and ensure it supports employee engagement objectives. - Manage content, updates, and user feedback by studying data. Rewards & Recognition : - Administer the 6E Recognise platform to facilitate recognition programs. - Analyze data and recommend improvements based on employee feedback. Employee Feedback and Ideas : - Facilitate engagement surveys (6E Speaks) and manage the 6E Voice platform for employee suggestions. - Drive initiatives based on feedback received. Alumni Relations : - Create an alumni community, engage through engagement interventions. Org-wide event : - Participation and support in org-wide events such as townhalls, talent shows, sports events etc. Financial and Vendor Management : - Handle invoicing and payments related to employee engagement activities. - Manage vendor relationships and contracts. - Utilize SAP/Ariba for procurement and vendor management processes. - The required person must have the ability to maintain the balance of taking directions, working collaboratively with different teams besides being highly independent on daily tasks and assigned programs.
