Position: Manager - Compensation and Benefits

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of Total Rewards on matters related to total rewards strategy, design, and governance

- To exercise internal and external benchmarking to analyze and collect market leading best practices and work to introduce the same in the organization

- Provide insights and observations based on total rewards surveys and market practices analysis

- Support the annual compensation review cycle (merit increases, bonuses) for, creating financial models to assess specific cost and impact.

- Work on understanding the organizational structure & context to create relevant Salary Grids & new structures

- Support with developing, managing, and delivering rewards-related training and communication for various stakeholder and leadership teams.

- To identify and implement improvements in the existing processes and policies to increase overall effectiveness

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track compensation costs, benefits utilization, and identify trends or compliance risks

- Prepare and present clear, compelling analysis and strategic recommendations to regional HR and business leadership.

- Independently conceptualize solutions for unstructured queries and drive projects.

Who we are looking for:

- The candidate should have hands-on experience working on Power BI/other reporting tools, should be able to accurately interpret and analyze large volume of data

- Should possess strong knowledge of market trends, best practices and technology, particularly having hands on experience of SAP Success Factors/other similar technology.

Qualification and Work Experience:

- A graduate in HR/ Economics/Finance.

- Work Experience - 7 to 9 Years of relevant exp.
