Role Overview:
The Director Brand Marketing at IndiGo is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the airline's brand strategy, driving brand awareness, and enhancing customer loyalty. This role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing communications, digital marketing, media planning, and campaign management. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, revenue management, and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. The impact of this role is significant, directly influencing IndiGo's market position, customer perception, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with IndiGo's business objectives and enhance brand equity.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media, to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

- Deep understanding of the aviation industry and consumer behavior in the travel sector.
- Proficient in budgeting, financial management, and project management.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and comfortable working on-site in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
- 14-18 years of relevant experience in Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Consumer Marketing, and Digital Marketing.
