Role Title: Associate Director - Talent Engagement Lead

Work Mode: WFO (All 5 days, Monday-Friday)

Job Location: Gurgaon

Team Role: Yes (4-5 member team)

Total Experience: 14 - 18 years

Role Summary:

The Head of Talent Engagement is responsible for shaping and driving the organization's employee experience strategy to build a high-performing, purpose-led and inclusive workplace. The role partners closely with business and HR leadership to strengthen culture, enhance employee engagement, amplify employer brand, and create meaningful experiences across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement employee experience initiatives that foster engagement, collaboration, belonging and organisational pride.

- Continuously evaluate employee sentiment and translate insights into actionable people strategies.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration through engagement platforms and culture-building interventions.

- Partner with HR Centre of Excellence, Business Leaders, Marketing and Corporate Communications to deliver integrated people initiatives.

- Lead organisation-wide employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms. Analyse data, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

- Develop compelling internal branding and storytelling initiatives that strengthen employee advocacy and organizational reputation.

- Leverage both digital and in-person platforms to develop and implement recognition programs.

- Lead employee wellbeing initiatives covering physical, emotional, financial and social wellbeing.

- Conceptualize and execute large-scale employee events, leadership forums, recognition ceremonies and cultural celebrations.

- Establish platforms that encourage employees to contribute ideas and innovations.

- Lead IndiGo's participation in external employer awards and workplace certifications, driving recognition that reinforces the company's employer value proposition.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in HR, Marketing, journalism, communications or related disciplines.

- 12 - 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of experience leading and managing teams.

- Stakeholder and project management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated experience conceptualizing and managing employee communication and engagement campaigns.

- Experience managing employee engagement projects, budgets, agencies, vendors and delivery timelines.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment.
