We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead our human resources function and drive people strategies across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR team and manage overall HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance programs.
- Drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and guide HR staff while fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development efforts.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong leadership, people management, and HR operations expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and organizational change.
- Male candidates preferred (as per requirements).
