Role Overview:

The Sr. Sales Manager role at Indifi Technologies is a pivotal leadership position based in Gurgaon/Gurugram, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Indifi's reach within the SME lending market. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating closely with credit and financial operations teams to ensure seamless loan disbursement and customer satisfaction. The Sr. Sales Manager directly impacts Indifi's ability to empower more SMEs with the financial resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for SME loan products in the assigned region.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and executives, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results and professional development.

- Manage the sales team to identify, qualify, and acquire new SME clients through direct sales efforts, channel partnerships, and other lead generation activities.

- Collaborate with the Credit Operations team to streamline the loan approval process and ensure timely disbursement of funds to clients.

- Work closely with the Financial Operations team to monitor portfolio performance, manage risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, industry associations, and government agencies.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team to achieve ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of the SME lending landscape, including credit assessment, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
