Role Details: a) Own the existing financial product suite and build high-impact new products across the customer lifecycle. b) Devise the PPR for each product &amp; own the quarterly profitability/ contribution goals c) Identify areas of growth for each product (external/internal opportunities) d) Manage cross-sell of third-party products e) Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short-term and long-term growth targets f) Partner with internal stakeholders including sales, business development, operations, credit, risk, and product technology to co-deliver business targets and bring the product vision to life g) Bring/ nurture customer-focused thinking with a deep understanding of customer needs and aspirations Skills/ Experience: a) 4-8 years of experience; Preferably in MSME/ consumer finance b) Experience of conceptualizing new products in the past, or having launched new products from scratch c) Strong communication and leadership skills d) Hungry &amp; proactive with a bias for ownership &amp; delivering results Company Profile: Indifi is a platform for small business credit, connecting borrowers and financiers.
