The Role: Account Manager - Creative Solutions & Client Partnerships
As an Account Manager at IndieFolio, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, guiding them through the creative lifecyclefrom brief to executionby orchestrating high-performing talent and seamless project delivery. You will be instrumental in deepening client relationships, driving business expansion, and championing our commitment to creativity, innovation, and independent talent.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding client goals, translating them into actionable creative briefs, and ensuring delivery aligns with expectations.
Creative Team Assembly & Oversight:
- Leverage our curated network to assemble best-fit talent for each project, ensuring skill alignment, cost efficiency, and creative excellence.
Relationship Building & Growth:
- Cultivate trusted partnerships with clients through consistent interaction, insights-driven recommendations, and proactive problem-solvingdriving retention and upsell opportunities.
Project Governance & Quality Control:
- Oversee project milestones, timelines, budgets, and outcomes. Ensure a seamless client experience by managing expectations and coordinating across internal and freelance teams.
Client Advocacy & Internal Alignment:
- Serve as the voice of the client within IndieFolio, sharing feedback and insights that inform product improvements, service enhancements, and strategic planning.
Operational Innovation:
- Identify inefficiencies, propose scalable solutions, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our processes, systems, and client engagement frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 3+ years of client-facing experience in account management, preferably within advertising, digital media, consulting, or creative services. Exposure to freelance ecosystems or remote creative project workflows is a plus.
Client-Centricity:
- A deep passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and the ability to build rapport, earn trust, and drive business value.
Organizational Agility:
- Skilled at managing multiple accounts, meeting deadlines, and adapting to shifting priorities without compromising quality.
