Business Growth & Expansion
- Drive account growth through consultative upselling, cross-selling, and unlocking new opportunities.
- Establish IndieFolio as a long-term partner, ensuring client retention and recurring revenue.
Creative Delivery Excellence
- Oversee the execution of large-scale creative engagements, ensuring projects are delivered with precision, quality, and speed.
- Anticipate risks, resolve challenges proactively, and maintain client confidence throughout project lifecycles.
Market & Client Insights
- Act as the voice of the client, gathering insights and feeding them into service innovation, product design, and operational enhancements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to bring proactive recommendations to clients.
Internal Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior account managers to elevate overall client success capability.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: 3 - 6 years in account management, client success, or consulting roles within advertising, marketing, or creative services.
- Prior exposure to leading large accounts/projects with senior stakeholders is essential.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand business challenges and align creative solutions to achieve measurable results.
- Proven Growth Driver: Demonstrated success in growing and expanding client accounts.
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders.
