IndiaProperty has pioneered several innovations such as Assisted Property -India's first online assisted property search service, Gruhapravesh - India's first series of virtual and offline property shows and India's first augmented reality based Real Estate Mobile Application amongst others.  The Manager, Social Media will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy & framework for engaging customers and delivering meaningful business results by leveraging social media capabilities. Reporting to the head online marketing, this role will collaborate with and support a multi-disciplinary team of subject matter experts responsible for the development and continual optimization of social assets. This person will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization, including marketing, information services, search, product, public relations and customer service to develop and implement tactical plans to support the marketing strategy, including creating programs that generate traffic back to our sites, incite conversation and engagement and grow community. The Manager, Social Media will also work with internal departments to procure social content, make branded content more socially relevant, distribute content across social networks, and raise awareness of IndiaProperty.com   RESPONSIBILITIES   - Develop strategies, tactics and editorial calendars to support business priorities in social media, and advise on social media integrations into business priorities.   - Procure unique content to support social media efforts and initiatives.  - Constantly evolve social engagement methods to optimize efforts in client segmentation, acquisition, engagement, retention, research and new product development.   - Establish metrics to track, analyze, optimize and report our progress against program objectives.   - Work closely with project team members to gather and articulate lessons learned and recommendations for future programs.   - Assure integration of social platforms with paid & natural search, mobile and traditional media   - Collaborate with functional and business partners and influence appropriate integration of social executions with online/offline program components from planning phases through execution.   REQUIREMENTS   - 2 to 5+ years’ experience in managing, building and executing digital/social media programs across social networks/technologies.   - Savvy and knowledgeable about current social media trends, innovations and best practices.   - In-depth knowledge and hands-on proficiency with current social media platforms, including being an active and engaged participant in social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.)   - Should be very Creative, think out-of-the-box and who has the ability to influence and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders.   - Have hands on experience of making a great effect, developing and executing on strategies and delivering superior results in both the short and long term.   - Responsible and able to manage/execute multiple ongoing projects, and ready to both lead and motivate your team and also roll your sleeves up and get to work.   - Highly quantitative thinker, extremely detail oriented  - Deep understanding of performance metrics and ability as establish ROI parameters as they relate to social investments.   - Brilliant verbal and written communications skills, including ability to present to internal and external groups and ability to guide, influence and convince others.   Education:   UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
