Why Should You Apply? Job Responsibilities : - Design innovative campaign strategies, bringing together crucial pieces of information from various internal and external sources in order to develop strategic outputs; - Travel and work at the grassroots as and when required; - Be a part of and lead large field teams, deployed in specific geographies till the end of elections; to administer the execution of campaigns and develop grassroots intelligence; - Facilitate liaising with various stakeholders including Party Leadership, Party Candidates, and Party Workers; - Utilize strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills, a positive can-do attitude and highly developed collaborative nature to provide the required strategy primers; - Handle large sets of data with reasonable proficiency and solve complex unstructured problems to provide actionable solutions; - Ability to analyse grassroots intel, develop insights and present an executable plan; - Coordinate with other teams at I-PAC and provide necessary strategic inputs; - Work on multiple projects simultaneously with short deadlines. Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelors/Master/MBA or equivalent degree from premier institutes - Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in management consulting, development sector, VC/PE or corporate strategy role within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment - Proficient in the use of MS Office tools for the creation of analyses reports and presentations. Preferred Qualifications - Strong academic record with graduation/post-graduation from a top-tier institution; - 2-7 years of working experience in management consulting, development sector, VC/PE, Governance, or corporate strategy role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment; - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, solving complex problems on an everyday basis, have reasonable proficiency in handling large sets of data and the tenacity to survive tight deadlines; - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives; - Excellent research and communication skills, both verbal and written; - Ability to read and write in Bengali is preferred. - Possess good analytical skills and the ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives for key stakeholders - Good team-player should have good written, verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills.
