Campaign Manager - Tripura About I-PAC: Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) is India's first and largest cross-party political advocacy group, credited with revolutionizing election campaigning in India. We are the platform of choice for young professionals to participate in and make meaningful contributions towards the political affairs and governance of the country, without necessarily being part of a political party. We have also worked towards setting a citizen-centric agenda for governance. Job Responsibilities: - Be a part of large teams, deployed in specific geographies; to administer execution of campaigns and develop grassroots intelligence - Gather ground level political information through field visits, social listening, focused group discussions - Source grassroot level insights on local civic issues and aspirations - Coordinate with various internal teams to create an actionable political strategy for assigned location/s - Liaise with political stakeholders to provide support and execute central campaigns - Get the experience to work and coordinate with various units across the organisation, such as digital media, data analytics, strategic research, supply & procurement, research, etc Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters or equivalent degree from premier institutes - Professionals with 1-7 years of work experience - Exposure of working with fast-paced and dynamic business environment - Proficient in the use of MS Office tools for the creation of analyses reports and presentations. - Demonstrated interest in political affairs and governance - Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours - Fluency in Bengali (written & spoken) Preferred Qualifications: - Possess good analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives for key stakeholders - Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and be a good team-player - Should have quick decision making abilities - Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Have good interpersonal skills and exposure in dealing with various sections of the society - Ability to read and write and speak in Bengali and English Location: Kolkata (Shall be open to travel to Tripura) Designation: Hiring across two levels- Associates and Senior Associates We are looking for professionals who can preferably join within 30 days from the day of selection The apply button will redirect you to an external URL, please apply there as well
