Job Summary: The role requires working closely with the Business teams and design, develop, implement and optimize tools and solutions that improve the efficiency of the overall program. Job Description : - Establish company's vision of organization wide Business Intelligence Reports and Automation needs. - Drive cloud based Big Data systems to deliver the Business needs on BI Reports and automation - Consolidate our data across disjoint Databases to be able to provide consolidated insights across business divisions - Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics. - Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity - Lead a technology/engineering team to deliver the BI &amp; Analytics Solutions as per the business requirements. Experience: B.Tech in Computer Science with 8-15 years of experience in similar profile, Database / data-warehouse experience in early career would be an added advantage Skill Sets / Requirements: Experience in large scale implementation of Business Intelligence systems using some of the following technology stack: - Hadoop, Oracle, Casssandra, Postgres, NoSQL - Glue, Athena, EMR and other AWS Native data Services - Kafka, Redis, - Power BI - Very good understanding of Data Warehouses and related architecture &amp; technologies - Drive cloud based Big Data solutions by providing expert technical guidance on architecture, design, implementation, tuning, and integration. - Prior hands-on experience delivering self service big data and data visualization platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both as an individual contributor and a technical lead - Experience in public cloud technology stacks of Amazon Web Services, GCP &amp; Microsoft Azure related to Enabling intelligence reports - Passionate about software engineering best practice include Agile, continuous delivery, measurement and software. - Experience in working with vendor partners to ensure end to end delivery of business requirements related to Business Reporting and Intelligence.
