Key Responsibilities: - Drive integrations with payments gateways, tech service providers, financial institutions to enable digital lending or payments solution to stakeholders - Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive better funnel efficiencies - Responsible for new initiatives, funnel management, management reporting and operations - Derive data/matrix led PG switching across various Pay modes and manage success drivers - Identify, negotiate and go live of lending and payments solution including BNPL products, No Cost EMI options, term loans, credit cards etc - Gathering feedback and requirements from relevant stakeholders - Collaborate with technology, treasury, and operations team to ensure quick launches and smooth operations - Design, measure and monitor key metrics indicating the growth and health of the product - Carry out periodic market research and competition analysis including their client acquisition strategies, product positioning, pricing and communication strategy Skill Set: - Product knowledge of all aspects of digital journey management in fintech vertical including process, compliance, recon and reporting process, success drivers etc - MBA with 2-4 years of experience and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as product manager in digital lending/ payments/ ecommerce/ fintech - Exposure to digital lending or payment systems - Working knowledge of SQL would be added advantage
