About the Role: We are looking for a self-driven and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for independently conducting product research, competitive analysis, and tracking global practices related to capital markets. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth research on financial products, market practices, and competitive landscape globally. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market trends, regulatory updates, and peer benchmarking. - Collect, manage, and analyze large datasets to identify insights and support strategic decision-making. - Prepare clear, concise, and visually appealing documents using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Liaise with internal stakeholders and external sources to gather and validate information. - Track developments in capital markets and provide regular updates. - Assist in business development and strategic planning activities through research inputs. Key Skills and Qualifications: - 2-3 years of relevant experience in research, market intelligence, or capital markets. - Strong understanding of financial products and global capital market practices. - Highly self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Excellent data management and analytical skills. - Proficient in MS Office - especially Excel (data handling, pivot tables, basic analysis), Word (professional documentation), and PowerPoint (business presentations). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's/master's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. - Prior experience in capital markets, investment banking research, consulting, or market intelligence roles.
