About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Product Manager with a keen focus on Product Growth to drive the strategic development and expansion of our products @ IndiaBonds.
This role will be pivotal in identifying opportunities for user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, leveraging data and experimentation to fuel product-led growth. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of user behavior, market dynamics, and a proven track record of delivering measurable growth outcomes.
Job Profile:
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with overall company goals and market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and growth potential.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform product decisions and identify emerging trends.
Product Growth & Optimization:
- Identify Growth Levers: Proactively identify opportunities for user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization across the product lifecycle.
- Design & Execute Experiments: Define, hypothesize, and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to optimize key growth funnels and user journeys.
Growth Metrics & Analytics: Own and analyze key growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn), deriving actionable insights to improve product performance.
- Cross-Functional Growth Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to align product growth initiatives with overall business growth strategies.
Product Execution & Delivery:
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design to oversee the entire product development lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements, managing scope and dependencies effectively.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics, user feedback, and market insights to validate hypotheses and make informed product decisions.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product features and overall product health.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Manage expectations and build strong relationships with internal teams (engineering, design, sales, support) and external partners.
Must Have Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.
Good to have:
- Experience with specific growth methodologies (e.g., Lean Startup, growth hacking).
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and user acquisition platforms.
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Experience in SaaS/FinTech.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to define, prioritize, and articulate product requirements for engineering teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in product management, with a demonstrable track record of driving product growth.
Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Good to have: Masters degree or MBA.
