Role Summary:

India1 Payments Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role is based out of Kharagpur, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing regional operations, leading and mentoring a team, driving performance, and executing strategic initiatives aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage zonal operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

- Supervise and motivate a team of field and back-office employees.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.

- Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive growth.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.

- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including partners and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in the financial services or banking sector.

- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

- In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
