India Site Leader - Data Analytics

We are hiring India Site Leader - Data Analytics for our client based at Bangalore.

Requirements:

- The Site Leader should have good experience in setting up and scaling of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI/ML, Cloud Analytics, Data Modeling, Databricks, etc. teams.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field with 18 to 25 years of experience.

- This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in data engineering, analytics, and data scientists with consistent definitions of metrics across tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel.

- Experience with a cloud-based SaaS platform, AI platform, Automated machine learning platform, etc.

- He/She will work closely with various departments to ensure data integrity, optimize data usage, and drive business insights.

- Extensive experience in delivering Data and Insights solutions/services including Business Intelligence, AI, and machine learning workflows across cloud data warehouses.

- Develop and implement the data and analytics strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Drive a data product mindset, ensuring that data assets are well-architected, high quality, governed, and reusable across the organization.

- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical thinking, statistical modeling, predictive modeling, and structured decision-making,

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
