Candidate Profile:

- The ideal candidate should have 15-25 years of relevant experience, with substantial experience in the Metal Working Fluids industry and a proven track record of managing significant sales and business development responsibilities.

- The candidate should have held a senior regional, zonal or national-level role and should demonstrate the capability to take complete ownership of the MWF business across India, with a proven record of delivering significant results of business and organizational development in the MWF field.

- Prior experience in cutting oils is essential, along with strong technical understanding of machining applications and the ability to independently engage with customers on complex technical requirements.

- The candidate must combine technical depth with strong commercial orientation and should be comfortable owning sales targets, profitability, pricing, key account development, channel management and team performance.

- Experience in representing the organization at major trade exhibitions, industry conferences and customer technical forums will be important.

Mandatory Qualification: B.E / B. Tech - Mechanical / Production or related engineering
