- Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. - Proven experience (at least 5+ years) working in AI / ML; with over 15+ years' experience in the area of Software development & designing languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, TensorFlow, Knowledge - Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. - Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team and drive results. - Strong understanding of deep learning techniques, including recurrent and convolutional neural networks, and experience applying them to real-world problems. - Knowledge of generative models, their applications, and the ability to develop custom architectures to solve specific challenges. - Experience with cloud platforms, distributed computing, and GPU acceleration for efficient model training and deployment. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex AI-related issues. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
