- Build a strong, differentiated brand presence across India and select global markets
- Ensure consistent brand voice, positioning, and storytelling across all touchpoints
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead customer acquisition across paid, organic, and emerging digital channels
- Optimize performance marketing campaigns for CAC, LTV, ROAS, and growth efficiency
- Own the full marketing funnel-from awareness to conversion and retention
Content, Creatives & Communication
- Drive high-impact content strategy including brand films, photoshoots, UGC, reels, and social storytelling
- Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to deliver premium, culturally relevant communication
- Oversee PR, launches, campaigns, and key brand moments
Community, CRM & Retention
- Build and nurture a strong customer community around the brand
- Lead CRM initiatives including lifecycle marketing, retention programs, and loyalty strategies
- Use insights to personalize communication and improve repeat engagement
Partnerships & Influencer Marketing
- Develop and scale influencer, creator, and brand collaborations
- Identify strategic partnerships that enhance brand credibility and reach
- Manage long-term relationships with key partners and ambassadors
Data, Insights & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Track, analyze, and interpret marketing performance and consumer behavior
- Work closely with product, tech, and analytics teams to drive data-backed decisions
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize marketing initiatives
Leadership & Team Management
- Build, mentor, and lead internal marketing teams
- Manage agencies, creative partners, and influencer networks
- Set clear goals, processes, and performance metrics for the function
What We're Looking For
- 10-18 years of relevant marketing experience (preferably in jewellery, luxury, D2C, or high-ticket e-commerce)
- Proven experience building brands from scratch and scaling them meaningfully
- Strong balance of creative thinking and performance-driven execution
- Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels and consumer psychology
- Hands-on experience managing agencies, influencers, and cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability and ownership attitude
