Position Title: Assistant Manager / Manager / AVP - Consulting Sales  Department: FX Consulting - Sales	  Location: Mumbai & Bangalore  Qualification(s): Postgraduate Degree / MSc in Economics or MBA in Finance / Marketing or similar function(s) from an institute of repute in India or abroad  Compensation: As per Industry Standards  Experience / Eligibility & Skill Set Required:  - Candidate should have relevant work experience in FX consulting sales / derivative sales / FX technology / information software sales in Banks/broking/Consulting or technology companies.  - Candidate should have relevant work experience in advising and should be confident and proactive in corporate meetings within the FX markets  - Candidate should have excellent MS Office skills  - Candidate should have experience of conducting meetings with companies with turnovers of Rs. 100-10000 Crores or more, at MD and CFO levels  - Candidate should be well conversant with forex jargons, hedging techniques like Forwards, Futures, Swaps and Options  - Candidate should be able to comprehend company’s research and have the skill set of convincing clients for hedging their exposures  - Candidate should have knowledge on trade finance, banking documentation and ECBs  - Candidate should only be extremely proactive and should be willing to travel very frequently across the nation (2-3 days a week)  - Candidate should have experience in advising premium Export and/or Import oriented companies on their foreign exchange and interest rate exposures  - Candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of FX and other global markets like bonds, equities, commodities, etc.  - Candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of fundamental and technical analyses and should be able to apply them well  (Designation of the prospective candidates will be dependent on the kind of work experience they have and its relevance, along with their performance in the Selection Process)  Role Description:  - Incumbent will be doing client meetings for business generation and relationship management with companies ranging from USD 10 million to 2 billion at MD/CFO levels. He/She will be required to fix his/her own meetings; exceptions could be made at senior levels  - Incumbent may also be involved in making presentations on FX Strategies for national events  - Incumbent may be involved in doing media rounds with the Corporate Communications Team and discuss on company views (if required)  - Incumbent will be involved in pitching relevant forex consulting, risk management software, and trade finance services to prospective clients  - Incumbent will have to achieve revenue targets allotted to him/her; his/her performance will be judged on the basis of his/her business targets and overall value addition to his/her team and peers  (The Profile is a mix of Client Advisory and Sales. All candidates will get thorough training on all subject matters and sales.
