About the Role:


- We are looking for a strategic and growth-focused leader to head our India Staffing Sales division. The ideal candidate is not just a business development professional but a sales strategist, enterprise relationship builder, and market leader with proven expertise in scaling staffing operations across India.


- This role carries full P&L ownership for the sales function and is accountable for new client acquisition, account growth, and developing a scalable, high-performance sales engine for permanent, contractual, and project-based staffing models.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Strategy & Growth Execution:


- Own and drive India-level sales strategy across verticals (IT, Non-IT, Healthcare, Engineering, Pharma, GCC/ONSITE roles).


- Build short-term and long-term go-to-market (GTM) plans aligned with the organizations growth strategy.


- Develop and own quarterly/annual sales targets and drive execution to exceed revenue and margin goals.


2. Client Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships:


- Identify and close large enterprise accounts across industries.


- Develop CXO-level relationships with Heads of Talent Acquisition, Procurement Heads, and Delivery Leaders.


- Represent the company in client meetings, proposal presentations, bid negotiations, and contract finalization.


3. Team Leadership & Sales Enablement:


- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of regional sales heads and business development managers.


- Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs/OKRs, and foster a results-driven culture.


- Provide market and competitive intelligence to continuously optimize sales enablement tools and value propositions.


4. Operational Oversight & Collaboration:


- Work closely with recruitment delivery heads to ensure smooth transition from sale to delivery.


- Collaborate with finance, compliance, and operations teams on pricing models, invoicing, contract compliance, and legal.


5. Business Expansion & Market Intelligence:


- Drive growth into new geographies (Tier 2/3 cities, GCC/ONSITE roles), industries, and service lines.


- Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, market shifts, competitive positioning, and technology disruption in staffing.


Qualifications & Experience:


- 10-20 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in staffing, RPO, or talent solutions industry.


- Strong relationships in the HR community and deep understanding of staffing procurement processes.


- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and strategic selling skills.


- Hands-on knowledge of ATS, CRM tools, and recruitment automation platforms.


- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or related field; MBA preferred.

2. Must have experience in selling staffing solutions, recruitment solutions.
