Location Mumbai, India

Reporting To Regional Business Manager Asia Malaysia

About the Company:

A leading Scandinavian multinational operating in nutraceuticals, oral care, and health FMCG, with presence across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. The organization has a global turnover exceeding USD 5 billion and manages well-known consumer health and wellness brands.

Role Overview:

The India Business Head Sales and Marketing will independently drive the growth of the companys oral care, nutraceutical supplement, and health FMCG portfolio in India. This is a hands-on role requiring strong commercial ownership across distribution, e-commerce, and brand execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and market expansion for nutraceutical, oral care, and health FMCG brands in India

- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, stockists, and channel partners

- Manage e-commerce business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, and Nykaa

- Execute digital, retail, and on-ground marketing programs aligned with regional strategies

- Support new product launches and local market adaptation

- Monitor sales, inventory, distribution coverage, and marketing spends with regular reporting

- Manage advertising and promotion budgets efficiently

- Coordinate with import partners and support regulatory and product registration processes

- Build strong relationships with modern trade, specialty retail, and online platforms

- Track competition, market trends, and growth opportunities

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline. MBA preferred

- Five to ten years of experience in sales and marketing within nutraceuticals, health supplements, oral care, or FMCG

- Proven experience managing both offline distribution and e-commerce channels

- Strong ability to work independently and deliver growth results

- Sound commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and analytical capability

A self-driven, commercially focused professional with hands-on experience in the health and wellness sector, capable of owning the India business and building sustainable growth across channels.
