Position Title: Lead: Talent Acquisition Work Mode: WFO (All 5 days Mandatory) Travel Required: Yes Preferred Qualifications: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent - Experience in a high-volume hiring environment (approx. 500 Hires per month) Key Requirements: - 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on Bulk Hiring / Mass Sales hiring. - Proven expertise in diversity hiring strategies. - Experience in campus hiring initiatives and university relations. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring TATs. - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills - Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data-driven hiring approaches. - Good in MS Excel and Reporting - Should have experience in mentoring and training the team members Key job responsibilities: - Manage external hiring and IJP process. - The role involves managing service delivery on SLAs for internal and external hiring. - Creating, managing dashboards for regular updates on hiring - Proactively identifying issues and highlighting to HRD for prompt resolution - Develop Colleges as a channel of recruitment. - Manage a team for allocations, travel plans, drives, etc. - Sourcing and attracting the right talent - Develop more channels of recruitment. - Responsible for ensuring 100% offer to join ratio. - Monitor and drive recruitment cost and efficiency. - Managing/Tracking all recruitments MIS from search to a formal offer - Manage participation in job fairs to identify talent and create brand awareness. - Working with the team, develop specific criteria for each search and coordinate the total recruiting project ensuring timely action, cost-effective strategies, and professional and positive contact from all candidates. - Work with external recruiters, industry associations, national publications, and other sources to develop candidates. - Managing job portals - Ensure that all aspects of the operations are in accordance with local employment laws and regulations.
