Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition About Us IndiGo is India's largest passenger airline with a market share of 55.7% as of Nov 2022. We primarily operate in India's domestic air travel market as a low-cost carrier with a focus on our three pillars offering low fares, being on time, and delivering a courteous and hassle-free experience. Since our inception in August 2006, we have grown from a carrier with one plane to a fleet of 300 aircraft today covering 100+ destinations. We are now embarking on a new Digital] journey and are looking for dynamic personalities with an entrepreneurial mindset who would love to try and build new things from scratch and are passionate about solving real-world customer problems with an attitude to not rest till the job is done. The desired candidate shall be a key contributor to the new digital business growth charter developed under the IndiGo Digital department. Seasoned HR professional with 4-7 years of HR experience, with the majority as a recruiter who has handled both bulk-hiring and niche hiring. - This is an Individual Contributor role. Key job responsibilities: - Manage external hiring and IJP process. - The role involves managing service delivery on SLAs for internal and external hiring. - Creating, managing dashboards for regular updates on hiring. - Proactively identifying issues and highlighting to HRD for prompt resolution. - Develop Colleges as a channel of recruitment. - Manage a team for allocations, travel plans, drives, etc. - Sourcing and attracting the right talent. Develop more channels of recruitment. Responsible for ensuring 100% offer to join ratio. - Monitor and drive recruitment cost and efficiency. Managing/Tracking all recruitments MIS from search to a formal offer. - Manage participation in job fairs to identify talent and create brand awareness. - Working with the team, develop specific criteria for each search and coordinate the total recruiting project ensuring timely action, cost-effective strategies, and professional and positive contact from all candidates. - Work with external recruiters, industry associations, national publications, and other sources to develop candidates. Managing job portals. - Ensure that all aspects of the operations are in accordance with local employment laws and regulations. - Ensure employee development and satisfaction by defining, implementing, developing, and maintaining the Internal Job posting (IJP) at IndiGo. - Support the HR team in implementing employee engagement programs and other activities. Education and Experience: - Master's degree (Preferably MBA/PG Diploma in HR) with at least 6-8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. - Expertise in Non-IT Recruitments, Working experience on ATS, Volume hiring experience. - Good in MS Excel and Reporting Should have experience in mentoring and training the team members.
