Sourcing and screening suitable equity investment pipeline opportunities in South Asia (focus on India) 2. Lead the investment process from sourcing, evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence and risk assessments 3. Support in legal documentation and deal closures 4. Preparation and presentation of Investment Committee proposals 5. Engage with investees post investment in the execution of value-creation process Key skills/ competencies: 1. 3-5 years PE/VC investment experience 2. High preference for a person coming from Food &amp; Agri investment background 3. Ability to quickly understand of Balance Sheet and other financial statements 4. Preferably a Chartered Accountant or Master's degree in business 5. Someone with excellent business analysis and accounting/financial skills 6. Entrepreneurial approach and an experienced team player 7. Willingness for up to 70% of travel time 8.
