What You'll Actually Do:

- Design political, policy, and election strategies grounded in real field data and insights.

- Assist elected representatives to understand key voter issues - and act decisively.

- Research and develop campaigns that set the tone for legislative sessions and media debates.

- Track political shifts, voter behavior, and ground realities - and use them to build winning strategies.

- Travel the country when needed, working closely with political leaders in dynamic, fast-paced

environments.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of work experience (political, consulting, research, or related fields preferred).

- Strong political sense, understanding of Punjab's culture, diversity, and geography.

- Proficiency in Punjabi is mandatory.

- Comfortable with MS Office Suite, G Suite, and using AI and digital tools to work smarter.
