Roles and responsibilities

- Work in Growth Team to improve social media and digital presence; improve reach and engagement across key platforms

- Plan and manage digital campaigns, including performance analysis (CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.)

- Coordinate with content and design teams to deliver timely, platform-ready assets

- Build and manage external partnerships with influencers, creators, and digital voices

- Track performance metrics and contribute to weekly reporting

- Monitor audience feedback and support community engagement efforts

- Maintain basic campaign documentation, reports, and outreach logs.

Desired qualification and experience -

- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles focusing on growth hacking, influencer outreach, performance marketing, or community management

- Familiarity with political/social digital content and audience behavior especially with Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, ShareChat, WhatsApp

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

- Ability to adapt to changing digital trends and implement innovative growth strategies

- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram, X [formerly Twitter], Facebook, YouTube, ShareChat, WhatsApp) and associated analytics tools (Meta Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, X Pro)

- Working knowledge of digital campaign performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Sheets, Notion/Airtable, and Microsoft Office

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a collaborative mindset
