
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end regional operations across First-Mile (Dark Store Operations) and Last-Mile (Delivery Operations), ensuring operational excellence, SLA adherence, and achievement of business objectives.
- Manage and mentor City Leads across the region, driving performance through regular reviews, coaching, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Own regional KPIs including order fulfillment, store productivity, rider productivity, cost optimization, customer experience, inventory accuracy, and profitability.
- Drive new city launches, store expansions, and process standardization while ensuring seamless execution and compliance with operational SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Central Operations to support hiring, manpower planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify operational gaps, implement data-driven improvement initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture to enhance efficiency, scalability, and business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years of operations management experience in Logistics, E-comm, Q-comm operations.
- MBA/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Ops & Logistics is preferred.
- Strong record in scaling complex operations in logistics/retail/startups; hands-on problem solver.
- Quick commerce experience as City Lead or similar senior level position with P&L ownership is preferred.
