Role Overview:

We are looking to onboard only the sharpest, most driven individuals for Program Manager roles across multiple functions within the organization. This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for end-to-end execution and successful delivery of critical programs, working closely with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes aligned with our strategic objectives.

The role demands strong data orientation, relentless execution focus, comfort with ambiguity, fearless decision-making, and exemplary leadership. You will be expected to take complete ownership of your initiatives and ensure they reach fruition, not just manage them on paper.

We are specifically looking for individuals who think and operate like intrapreneurs-those who take accountability beyond their mandate, challenge the status quo, and are deeply invested in the impact of their work. This role is not suited for someone seeking a routine 9-to-5 job, but for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in building, owning, and scaling outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Ownership : Own programs end-to-end - from concept to rollout and scale. Drive on-ground execution, track daily progress, remove roadblocks fast, and deliver against aggressive timelines with clear, measurable outcomes.

Process & Systems Excellence : Identify broken or inefficient processes and turn them into scalable solutions. Design practical fixes and build agile systems, trackers, and workflows that improve speed, visibility, and accountability.

Stakeholder Leadership : Be the link between Operations, Supply Chain, Tech, Finance, City teams, and external partners. Drive alignment, resolve cross-functional dependencies quickly, and ensure teams move with urgency.

Performance & Data Rigor : Define the right success metrics and review performance with high frequency. Spot risks early, surface insights from data, and make fast, high-quality decisions to course-correct programs in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Ownership Mindset & Decision Velocity : Take full accountability for outcomes. Make tough trade-offs across speed, cost, and quality, and stay responsible through launch, stabilization, and scale. This role is for builders who create impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of relevant experience in operations or Program Management

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Master's degree, preferred but not required.

- Fresh graduates with exceptional understanding of quick-commerce, operations, and supply chain fundamentals may also be considered.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate

- Prior experience in Quick Commerce, e-commerce, logistics, or operations outsourcing sectors is preferred
