Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all logistics operations of the dark stores within the city
- Ensure on-time delivery performance, order accuracy, and customer SLAs are consistently met
- Monitor daily operational KPIs and drive corrective action where needed
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team including operations managers, fleet supervisors, and contract employees
- Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability at every level
- Own the city-level P&L, including revenue targets, cost control, and profitability
- Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives across productivity, manpower, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new clients and expand operational capacity
- Identify opportunities to grow market share and improve network coverage within the city
- Serve as the primary point of contact for city-level escalations from clients, partners, and internal teams
Qualifications & Skills:- 5+ years of experience in Operations within Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Logistics, Retail, or Supply Chain, with proven experience managing multiple dark stores or city-level operations.
- MBA/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong expertise in driving operational excellence, team leadership, workforce planning, KPI management, and process optimization in high-growth environments.
- Prior experience as a Cluster Manager, City Lead, or similar leadership role in the Quick Commerce industry is highly preferred.
