Key Responsibilities

- Own high-impact programs end-to-end

- Drive execution across operations, supply chain, and city teams

- Build scalable processes, systems, and workflows

- Track performance metrics and solve operational bottlenecks

- Work closely with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Background

- 2+ years of experience in Operations / Program Management

- Bachelors/PG degree mandatory

- Prior exposure to quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain preferred

- Fresh graduates with exceptional understanding of quick commerce may also be considered
