Role: Service Delivery Manager (Application)

Location: India Noida (Flexible for short business travel to Joburg)

Job Description:

- Excellent communication skill <English>

- 5+ Years of relevant experience in Application projects (Implementation, development, and support), good experience as Project Manager / Service delivery manager.

- Good experience in Project, Vendor, and people management.

- Timesheet management for internal / External Project Resources, Billing

- Strong understanding of development methodologies, project activities etc.

- Understanding of Cloud solutions

- Responsible for Application Support Service Delivery to our customers thus ensuring high availability of application services to the customers as per SLAs.

- Management and Reporitng of SLA and OLA

- Depending on the size of the account, identifies opportunities for new business and account growth.

- Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.

- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones, Identify, and mitigate risks to project delivery.

- ITIL and PMP / Similar certification
