Job Title: Chief Mentor

Department - Training

Role Summary / Purpose: Guide and train students at all levels to help them achieve desired score as per the program they have chosen.

OBJECTIVES:

1. Lead classes to deliver assigned curriculum

2. Mentor and guide students at all levels to achieve their highest scores on the Test day

3. Respond to or escalate student related issues as they arise.

4. Partner with academics support staff to ensure student needs are met.

5. Take various tests both actual test and IMS internal tests as stipulated by academics staff. Learn and retain knowledge related to all aspects of the test such as knowledge of test format, dates offered, test enrolment process and admission timelines.

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES (Attitude / Skills)

- Fluent in both written and spoken English.

- Presentation skill.

- Mentoring skills and Ability to motivate / Guide Students.

- Good scores on any of the major tests such as CAT, GMAT or GRE will be an added advantage

WORK EXPERIENCE

- Relevant exp of minimum 5-10 yrs.

- Postgraduate / MBA / Equivalent academic qualification from Top B-School.

- Working hours 9 hours
