Role: Business Head - Delhi/ Kolkata (IMS)

Role Overview:
Own and drive the end-to-end growth of the Delhi NCR market, with full accountability for revenue, enrollments, and market expansion. Partner closely with the CEO to build a scalable, high-performance business engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and enrollment growth for the region
- Optimize cost of acquisition while scaling volumes
- Expand presence across markets, channels, and partnerships
- Lead and build high-performing sales and operations teams
- Ensure execution excellence across the pre-enrollment funnel
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10 years of experience in scaling consumer-facing businesses
- Strong ownership mindset with sharp execution focus
- Ability to balance growth with unit economics
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering outcomes
