Manager/Assistant Manager - Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Own and drive the marketing strategy for the Bangalore region to support same-store sales growth and new initiatives.
- Collaborate with Regional Operations to identify local market opportunities and execute targeted Local Store Marketing (LSM) campaigns.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns for new store and product launches in coordination with national marketing and operations teams.
- Ownership of building a strong local connect and incremental footfalls via coordinated efforts on community-led initiatives, in-outlet programming and local store marketing.
- Coordinate with different internal teams to leverage partnerships, influencers, and local collaborations to amplify brand presence in the region.
Digital & Platform Management:
- Ensure the digital presence of each outlet is up-to-date and optimized across all relevant platforms including Zomato, Swiggy, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Dineout, etc.
- Monitor and resolve listing-related issues and ensure consistent brand communication across digital platforms.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Identify and manage local vendors for print, production, photography, etc., ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, timelines, and budgets.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners (Design, PR, Social Media, etc.) to support campaign execution.
Marketing P&L Ownership:
- Own the marketing budget for the region and ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track campaign performance and spend efficiency; compile monthly reports and key learnings for review with Regional and Central Marketing Teams.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Share regular performance updates, campaign recaps, and outlet-level insights with regional stakeholders.
- Contribute inputs toward central strategy based on on-ground observations and results.
Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in regional or brand marketing, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or retail.
- Strong understanding of Bangalores local audience, cultural landscape, and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- A self-starter with a strong bias for action and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
