Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to manage the end-to-end implementation of a leading SaaS/cloud-based supply chain automation platform for the FMCG industry. The role involves client coordination, product configuration, data management, and ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete client implementation and onboarding processes.
- Configure software solutions as per client requirements.
- Handle master data, service requests, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Conduct UAT, manage go-live activities, and ensure user adoption post-deployment.
- Generate client reports and provide product training and support.
Requirements
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with computer and mobile applications.
- Understanding of FMCG business processes preferred.
- Experience in SaaS implementation or client support is an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
