Implementation Specialist
What will you do?
- Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation.
- Be a platform domain expert and set up customers for immediate success.
- Work with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey promotes a customer first environment at all times.
- Be result-oriented and data-driven to actively track usage of the platform and drive ROI for customers.
- Analyze and showcase customer data to improve the user experience.
- Prepare videos, emails and phone calls to ensure that customers are supported during the onboarding and implementation process
- Understand the goals & objectives of new customers and translate those needs appropriately through the implementation and onboarding process.
- Work closely with customers and their tech teams to fully integrate into their tech stack.
- Train customers in software platform basics and provide progressive guidance throughout the implementation and go-live process.
- Track and hit key implementation milestones and reduce roadblocks throughout the process.
- Improving product or service adoption by educating users about the product best practices.
- Ensure faster, smoother customer adoption and use of the platform and effectively showcase the ROI and time-to-value to the customers.
- Flexible to work in the US timings.
You should apply if
- You have 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company, preferably in implementations, onboarding, or technical consulting.
- You have hands-on experience or exposure to REST APIs and have worked on custom integrations between SaaS platforms and third-party tools.
- You bring strong organizational and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- You are a critical thinker with a proven ability to solve complex problems, and you're comfortable learning new technologies quickly.
- You have a customer-first mindset and are passionate about building long-term customer loyalty.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and can clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You listen actively, empathize with customers, and are motivated to deliver outcomes that matter.
- Youve demonstrated strong product and consumer thinking throughout your career, balancing user needs with business goals.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, project management, or fintech platforms is a strong plus
