Scrabble has been mandated to hire a highly skilled Implementation & Onboarding Leader for a fast-growing and well-funded SaaS platform in the planning and analytics space. Location: Bangalore About the role - A highly skilled Implementation & Onboarding Leader with a demonstrated history of working with SaaS platforms, and a strong understanding of finance. Responsibilities - - Manage E2E SaaS implementation projects, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver timely custom solutions within budget - Conduct Requirements Analysis and Impact Analysis to identify potential issues - Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and collaborate with development teams to ensure products meet client specifications - Ensure all changes are approved and implemented in accordance with Change Management processes - Have a strong base of SQL for implementation and managing data/business analysts - Provide product customization and configuration management support to clients as needed and ensure all stakeholders are updated on project progress - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a similar role - Proven experience in SaaS implementation and managing E2E implementation projects - A strong understanding of finance - Strong knowledge of Requirements Analysis, Impact Analysis, and BRD creation - Proficiency in SQL, and JIRA - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and also lead a team
