You are the closer of the integration journey, owning the final mile from signed deal to first live transaction. You will combine structured consulting thinking with startup execution speed to orchestrate multiple internal teams (Tech, Product, Supply, Finance) and external stakeholders to get partners live, fast and right.
Core Responsibilities:
Partner Implementation & Orchestration:
- End-to-End Ownership: Own the onboarding journey from "Deal Closed" to "First Transaction," driving aggressive timelines and clear milestones.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the single-threaded owner across internal teams-Tech, Product, Supply, Finance-to unblock partner launches.
- Client-Facing Leadership: Be the primary point of contact for partner business and tech teams during implementation.
Technical & Product Enablement:
- Integration Guidance: Guide partner developers through SDK integration, API setup, and configuration best practices.
- Problem Solving: Translate partner requirements into executable product and tech actions, especially in ambiguous or edge-case scenarios.
- Launch Readiness: Ensure integrations meet the "Launch-in-a-Day" benchmark wherever feasible.
Commercial & Logic Configuration:
- Commercial Structuring: Validate and configure partner-specific margins, reward logic, and unit economics.
- T&C Mapping: Ensure correct implementation of brand-specific Terms & Conditions within partner user flows to avoid compliance or UX issues.
Quality Control & Risk Management:
- Fraud & Risk Controls: Set up fraud guardrails such as user ID mapping, transaction limits, and cooling periods prior to go-live.
- UAT Leadership: Own User Acceptance Testing across payments, rewards ledger, and security layers to ensure production-ready launches.
Process Design & Scale:
- Process Optimization: Identify friction and inefficiencies in onboarding; work with Product to automate via dashboards, portals, and documentation.
- SOPs & Playbooks: Build scalable SOPs and implementation playbooks-the standard way partner launches are executed as the company scales.
The Ideal Profile:
Consulting + Startup Experience:
- You have experience in management/tech consulting, implementation, or program roles and have also worked in a high-growth startup environment. You bring structured problem-solving but move fast and execute.
Education:
- Strong preference for graduates from IIT / IIM / ISB.
Client-First Mindset:
- Comfortable owning senior partner conversations, driving alignment, and pushing for outcomes.
Technical Fluency:
- Able to read API documentation, understand SDK workflows, and hold credible conversations with engineers (without being a coder).
Commercial Acumen:
- Strong understanding of transaction economics, margins, incentives, and partner negotiations.
Ownership Mentality:
- You don't stop at plans or decks-you own outcomes until real transactions flow.
