
Role Overview :
- The Program Manager is responsible for end- to- end ownership of large, complex programmes comprising multiple projects and workstreams.
- This role ensures successful delivery against business objectives by managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders, and governance, while aligning delivery execution with organisational strategy.
- The Program Manager acts as the primary interface between clients, leadership, and delivery teams, ensuring transparency, predictability, and value realisation across the programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Planning & Governance Own the overall programme charter, objectives, scope, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Define and implement programme governance frameworks, including review cadence, escalation mechanisms, and decision forums.
- Track programme- level milestones, inter-project dependencies, and critical path items.
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, processes, and quality benchmarks.
- Delivery & Execution Drive execution of multiple concurrent projects across geographies and teams.
- Ensure on- time, on- budget, and in- scope delivery across all workstreams.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, issues, and constraints; define and execute mitigation plans.
- Oversee change management, including scope changes, impact analysis, and client approvals.
- Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the single point of accountability for programme delivery with client stakeholders.
- Establish strong relationships with business, IT, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead programme reviews, steering committee updates, and executive status reporting.
- Manage client expectations and ensure alignment on priorities, outcomes, and timelines.
- Leadership & Collaboration - Provide leadership to Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and cross- functional teams.
- Mentor project leadership on delivery best practices and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and Business teams.
- Support presales, RFPs, and programme transition/initiation activities as required.
About the job :
- Required Qualifications & Experience 15+ years of experience in programm or large- scale project management.
- Proven experience managing multi- project programmes with distributed teams.
- Strong background in client- facing delivery for enterprise or digital transformation programmes.
- Experience with fixed- bid and T&M models, including governance and financial controls.
- Hands- on experience with programm management frameworks and delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem- solving, risk management, and decision- making capabilities.
- Must Have Experience in data, cloud, analytics, or digital transformation programmes.
- Exposure to global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
- Experience supporting presales, RFP responses, or programme transitions.
- Familiarity with PMO tools, reporting dashboards, and executive governance forums.
- Key Success Metrics Programme delivery predictability (schedule, cost, scope).
- Client satisfaction and stakeholder confidence.
- Financial performance (revenue, margin, utilisation).
- Risk containment and issue resolution effectiveness.
