Role Overview:

The BFSI Domain Specialist will be responsible for providing deep domain expertise in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector to support our consulting, solution sales, and delivery teams. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business challenges, designing and implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful project outcomes. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough business analysis to understand client needs and identify opportunities for improvement within the BFSI domain.

- Provide expert consulting services to clients on topics such as KYC, AML, Risk Management, and Fraud Analysis.

- Develop and present compelling solution proposals to clients, showcasing the value of Impetus' offerings.

- Manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement.

- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions, adhering to timelines and budget.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations within the BFSI sector, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

- Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as white papers and blog posts, to enhance Impetus' market presence.

- Support sales efforts by providing domain expertise and participating in client meetings and presentations.
