What You'll Do As a Product Manager at Impacteers, you'll lead key product initiatives across our AI hiring platform-from ideation to execution. You'll work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ship features that directly impact hiring velocity, talent quality, and business success. Key Responsibilities: - Own the product roadmap and strategy for one or more key areas (e.g., assessments, employer dashboard, candidate experience) - Deeply understand user needs-employers, hiring managers, and candidates-through research and feedback loops - Translate business goals into detailed product requirements and work with design + engineering to build delightful, scalable features - Define metrics and success criteria; measure and optimize product performance - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and ops for successful product launches and GTM alignment - Work closely with founders and leadership team to drive strategic priorities What We're Looking For - 3-6 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment - Proven experience owning product lifecycle end-to-end (roadmapping, sprint planning, QA, launch) - User-first mindset with sharp instincts for UX and intuitive design - Comfort with data-ability to define metrics, draw insights, and make informed decisions - Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions - Bonus: Experience in HRTech, EdTech, or talent marketplaces - Bonus: Exposure to AI/ML-driven products Why Join Us?
