We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to lead the development and execution of pricing strategies across our HR Tech products - Xooper, GlueBlu, and Xooper Advance.
The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigour, market understanding, and business foresight to ensure our pricing aligns with market realities, customer value perception, and revenue goals.
You will work closely with Product, Strategy, Finance, and Sales teams to build data-driven pricing models, monitor competitive trends, and recommend frameworks that enhance growth, profitability, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market & Competitor Benchmarking: Research and analyze pricing structures within the HR Tech and SaaS ecosystem to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Pricing Strategy & Model Development: Design, test, and refine pricing models for Xooper, GlueBlu, and Xooper Advance across customer segments and feature tiers.
- Revenue & Margin Optimization: Conduct simulations and scenario analyses to ensure pricing strategies meet business targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Finance, and Sales teams to align pricing with GTM plans and product roadmaps.
- A/B Testing & Experiments: Design experiments to test pricing elasticity, bundle effectiveness, and adoption of new plans or features.
- Deal Desk Support: Provide data-backed insights to support enterprise deal negotiations and special pricing requests.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and reports that measure pricing performance, customer response, and market competitiveness.
- Strategic Recommendations: Evolve monetization frameworks (e.g., per-user, value-based, modular, or usage-based) to stay competitive and relevant.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-6 years of experience in pricing, strategy, or revenue analytics, preferably in SaaS / HR Tech / B2B technology domains.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities; proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Deep understanding of pricing models, customer value drivers, and competitive positioning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
