Impact Guru - Senior Product Manager

At CarePal Money, we're building a digital lending platform that helps patients pay their medical bills through No-Cost and Low-Cost EMIs-so money never comes in the way of treatment.

In simple terms: We help patients get care on time by helping them pay their bills.

And sometimes, that literally means saving lives.

Now, we're looking for a hands-on Product Leader to own our core lending engine and drive impact across funnel, compliance, and revenue.

- This is a builder role.

- Not a project management role.

- Not a status-update role.

What You'll Do:

- Own the end-to-end lending product funnel, from ideation to launch, growth, and optimization.

- Partner with engineering teams to shape APIs, architecture, and databases for scalable lending solutions.

- Prioritize product features based on data, business impact, and risk alignment.

- Translate product priorities into clear, actionable roadmaps for multiple stakeholders.

- Use data, BI, and unit economics to make informed product decisions and measure impact.

- Proactively communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

- Ensure all lending products comply with regulations, including DLG and partner-specific requirements.

- Product prioritization based on data and business impact

- Roadmap planning and execution with clarity and precision
