Impact Guru - Investor Relations Role - Fund Raising

Position Overview:

The Head of Investor Relations will be responsible for developing and executing an effective investor relations strategy, ensuring fundraising and effective communication with current and potential investors. This role will also support CarePal Group's financial analysis, strategy, and due diligence efforts, leveraging strong financial acumen and strategic insight.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Fundraising, financial analysis, strategic planning, and due diligence, preferably gained within a high-growth startup environment.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or other professional certifications are a plus.

Experience:

- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity, ideally with exposure to a high-growth environment.

- Proven track record of leading equity and venture debt fundraising, due diligence, and board reporting in high-growth companies (preferably Series B+ startups or pre-IPO businesses).

- Background in financial, tax, legal due diligence processes, preferably from a VC/PE-funded startup.

- Familiarity with IPO processes and public markets is highly desirable
